She brings over a decade of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, has worked extensively with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric crises.

Sarah earned her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Columbia University, where she also completed her undergraduate nursing and psychology degrees. Her clinical career has included roles in emergency psychiatry, adolescent and adult inpatient care, and outpatient mental health services. She honed her skills at Phelps Memorial Hospital and Four Winds Psychiatric Hospital in crisis evaluation, medication management, and collaborative care planning.
Sarah is valued for her thoughtful, evidence-based approach and her ability to integrate psychiatric assessment with psychopharmacological treatment and patient education. She believes in forming strong therapeutic alliances and helping individuals understand their mental health needs and guiding them toward sustainable wellness.
